What is the reserve price?

The reserve price is the lowest price the seller will accept for the item. The seller will not sell anything Below the reserve price,  even if the listing ends without any bids.  You will only see the reserve price if you bid on an auction style listing. If the reserve price has not been met, the listing will show this.

Can I remove a bid which I have placed on an auction?

Yes, you are entitled to remove your leading bid once on an auction.  We have implemented this feature in the chance that an incorrect bidding amount is entered.

You may retract up to one bid per auction. You are required to list a reason for withdrawing your bid.

Your membership may be suspended with repeated unjustified bid retracts. Withdrawing bids should be used in cases where the bid amount entered was incorrect or for another valid reason.

I won an item but no longer want to buy it. What should I do?

You are obliged to buy the item that won, as your bid is considered a contract.

If you think you  have a valid reason for cancelling your purchase, contact the seller and explain your position. The seller may understand your concern and be willing to work with you. If the seller does not accept your explanation, you must purchase the item. if you fail to do so, an unpaid item will be documented in your account. Too many unpaid items can lead to account restriction or suspension.
